<br />SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br />ELECTRIC TARIFF <br />ISSUED BY: CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SHEET NO. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: 12/1/89 REVISION NO. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL PUMPING SERVICE <br />RATE SCHEDULE - MP <br /> <br /> <br />MINIMUM CHARGE <br /> <br />No monthly minimum charge is applicable at this time. <br /> <br />PAYMENT <br /> <br />The due date of the bill shall be fifteen (15) days after <br />issuance, and payment must be received in the electric utility <br />office of the city by 5: 00 P.M. on the due date. Any and all <br />amounts remaining unpaid after the due date shall be assessed a <br />charge in the amount of ten perøent (10%) of the unpaid amount. <br /> <br />INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE <br /> <br />The City will make reasonable provisions to insure <br />satisfactory and continuous service, but does not guarantee a <br />continuous supply of electrical power and energy and shall not be <br />liable for damage occasioned by interruptions of service or <br />failure to commence delivery caused by acts of God, or the public <br />enemy, or for any cause reasonably beyond its control, including, <br />but not limited to the failure or breakdown of facilities, floods, <br />fire, strikes, or actions or orders of any agency having <br />jurisdiction in the premises, or for interruptions which are <br />necessary for inspection, repair, or changes in equipment or <br />facilities of the City or its bulk power suppliers. <br /> <br />The Customer shall notify the City immediately of any <br />defects trouble or accident which may in any way affect the <br />delivery of electric service by the city. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />-23- <br />
