<br /> SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF <br />ISSUED BY: CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SHEET NO. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: 12/1/89 REVISION NO. <br /> <br /> RESIDENTIAL SERVICE <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - RS <br />MONTHLY RATE <br />Customer Charge: <br /> Single or Three Phase Service.....$ 6.50 <br />Energy Charge: <br /> All kWh........................... $ 0.05404 per kWh <br />The above rate per kWh will be adjusted plus or minus in <br />accordance with the formula specified in the Power Cost Adjustment <br />Clause. The amount computed at the "Monthly Rate" shall be <br />subject to taxes, assessments or surcharges imposed by any <br />governmental authority which are assessed on the basis of revenues <br />from electric service or volume of electricity purchased or sold <br />by the City. <br />MINIMUM CHARGE <br />The monthly minimum charge shall be the sum of the "Customer <br />Charge" and all applicable rate adjustments. <br />PAYMENT <br />The due date of the bill shall be fifteen (15) days after <br />issuance, and payment must be received in the electric utility <br />office of the City by 5:00 P.M. on the due date. Any and all <br />amounts remaining unpaid after the due date shall be assessed a <br />charge in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the unpaid amount. <br /> ....:2- <br />
