Parties To Contract: This Contract is entered <br /> into between the City of San Marcos ("City") and <br /> Senior Citizens Center , a provider of human <br /> services ("PHS"). The parties ag ree to be bound by the mutual <br /> oblir]3tions, performances, duties and accomplishments hereinafter <br /> provideci. <br /> SECTION 2. Contract Period: This contract shall be in effect <br /> frorT1 October 1, 1989, through September 30, 1990. <br /> SC:CTION 3. Reports: PHS ag rees to provide quarterly reports <br /> 3S rel1u ired by the City relating to its performance under the terms of <br /> its huiTlan services funding application. The format and content of <br /> these reoorts will be determined by the City's Human Services Advisory <br /> 3o'ìrd 'md the City. An annual audit conducted by an independent <br /> auditrJ!':" or by an agency finance committee shall be provided to the City <br /> on ot:" be fore Decembe r 31, 1990. The audit shall follow Generally <br /> acce:Jted auditing standards. <br />
