Breach Of Contract. .'.. If the City Manager of the City determines that the activities 3S described in the human services funding application 3ttached hereto are not being carried out as approved by the City or that PHS is in breach of any of the terms of this agreement, the City Manager shall notify PHS in writing of the deficiency. PHS shall have ten (10) working days from the date of the notice to correct or satisfy the deficiency. :L If the deficiency is not approrriately corrected or satisfie in the opinion of the City r-'anager within the prescribed time, notice may be given to PHS that its funding will be terminated. r:. :\ decision to terminate funding may he appealed to the City's Human Services Advisory Board within ten days of the date of the notice to terminate funding. During the appeal process, funding to PHS shall continue.
