<br /> -9- <br /> located upon the demised premises described in I (B) above so as to <br /> provide conditions of maximum safety for all persons and property <br /> therein contained. LESSEE shall block the wheels of all parked <br /> aircraft in a manner so as to prevent movement of such aircraft while <br /> parked. LESSEE further assumes full responsibility for furnishing any <br /> additional equipment and/or tie-down facilities necessary to <br /> properly secure aircraft within its storage hangar and parking area. <br /> LESSEE hereby agrees to provide and inspect all such equipment <br /> and tie-down facilities on a regular basis and to keep the same in <br /> good condition and repair at all times. LESSEE shall have full <br /> responsibility for the storing, parking and securing of all <br /> aircraft. The aircraft to be stored in the hangar and on the parking <br /> area provided for herein and their contents are the sole responsibility <br /> of the LESSEE, and LESSOR is specifically released from, but without <br /> limitation, any liability or responsibility for setting of parking <br /> brakes, placing of chocks or blocks, and the tying down of and <br /> inspection of said aircraft. LESSOR shall have no responsibility at <br /> any time to move any aircraft. LESSOR shall not be responsible or <br /> liable to LESSEE or those claiming by, through, or under LESSEE for <br /> any defects, latent or otherwise, in the plans and specifications for <br /> construction of and operation of said aircraft storage hangar or <br /> parking area. No structures, improvements or fixtures of any kind <br /> shall be constructed or placed by LESSEE on the demised premises, <br /> without the express written approval of LESSOR. Any such approval <br /> shall be attached to and shal1 become a part of this Agreement. LESSEE <br /> covenants and agrees to furnish a copy of all San Harcos Municipal <br /> Airport rules and regulations to all its aircraft storage hangar and <br /> parking area lessees. LESSEE further agrees to abide by such rules <br /> as may be established from time to time by LESSOR pertaining to the use <br /> of the Airport premises hereby leased to LESSEE. <br /> VII. <br /> A. lnsurance--Premises Leased for FBO Operations. <br /> <br /> LESSOR agrees to carry fire, windstorm and extended coverage <br /> insurance at LESSOR1S expense on the demised premises described in <br />
