SWART <br /> SURVEYOR <br /> and with the identifying point number shown on the plat and cited herein. <br /> Bearings are based on the centerline bearing of State Highway 21 as shown on <br /> the right of way map of the Texas Highway Department dated March 1937, as the <br /> centerline was found marked on the ground between stations 129+53 and 158+10. <br /> The point cited herein as the West Reference M-3rk is a 3/8" diameter drill <br /> hole near the west end of the COncrete parking ramp, and 9.5 feet north of <br /> the south edge of the ramp. The point cited herein as the East Reference <br /> Mark is a 3/8" diameter drill hole in the concrete parking ramp opposite the <br /> east leqs of the old control tower, and 9.5 feet from the south edge of the <br /> ramp. From the West Reference Mark, the East Reference Mark bears South 89°- <br /> 58t-34"East a distance of 1505.44 feet. <br /> Beginning at a point on the west edge of the concrete parking ramp, from which <br /> a 3/8" diameter drill hole in the concrete ramp bears North 67°-27.7'East a <br /> distance of 2.00 feet as a witness point; from this point of beginning the <br /> intersection of the centerlines of runways 4 and 12 bears North 38°-01.5'East <br /> a .distance of 3313.78 feet, the West Reference Mark bears South 26°-21.0'~ast <br /> a distance of 263.81 feet, and the East Reference Mark bears South 81°-41.3' <br /> East a distance of 1639.76 feet; <br /> thence, from the point of beginning, South 67°-27.7'West a distance of 400.00 <br /> feet to point 113, which is marked with an aluminum capped iron monument; <br /> thence North 22°-32.3'West a distance of 380.00 feet to point 114, which is <br /> marked with an aluminum capped iron monument; <br /> thence North 67°-27.7'East a distance of 400.00 feet to point 115, which is <br /> marked with an aluminum capped iron monument on the west edge of the taxiway~ <br /> thence South 22°-32.3'East along the west edge of the taxiway and ra~p adis- <br /> tance of 330.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> STATE OF TEXAS <br /> COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> I.
