<br /> -4- <br /> fees effective every five (5) years hereafter. The consideration <br /> to be paid by LESSEE for each 5-year period shall be reviewed by <br /> LESSOR at the end of the then-current five-year period, and LESSOR <br /> shal1 have the right to renogotiate such consideration <br /> beginning 90 days prior to the expiration of the then-current <br /> period, provided, however, that the amount of such consideration <br /> to be paid LESSOR shall be comparable to other rentals being <br /> charged at Airport. In the event both parties cannot reach a written <br /> agreement concerning the amount of the renegotiated fees on or <br /> before the expiration of the then-current 5-year lease period, this <br /> complete Agreement, including the provisions of Paragraph I(B) and <br /> II(B), shall terminate ninety (90) days after the expiration of the <br /> then-current five-year lease period. Upon the expiration of the term <br /> of this lease (October 14, 2005, unless sooner terminated), LESSEE is <br /> hereby granted an option to renew this Agreement for an additional <br /> ten (10) year period with the consideration thereof renegotiable by <br /> LESSOR prior to the commencement of sqid 10-year period, and at the end <br /> of the five ( 5) year period from such commencement. All provisions <br /> contained in this Paragraph II (A) apply to said option, <br /> including renegotiation and termination provisions. <br /> B. Lease Term for Premises Leased for Aircraft Storage, <br /> Parking, and Office, Maintenance and Repair Space. <br /> <br /> The term of the lease of the demised premises described in <br /> Paragraph I (B) above shall extend through and include October 14, 2005. <br /> The consideration to be paid by LESSEE shall be reviewed by LESSOR on <br /> or before January 10, 1995 and at the end of each five (5) year period <br /> after said date, and LESSOR shall have the right to raise or increase <br /> such consideration effective January 10, 1995 and at the end of each <br /> five ( 5) year period thereafter; provided, however, that the amount of <br /> such consideration to be paid LESSOR shal1 be comparable to <br /> other rentals and fees being charged at Airport. Title to the <br /> aircraft storage hangar, parking area and appurtenances 10cated <br /> on the demi sed premises and constructed by LESSEE shall vest in <br /> LESSOR immediately upon the early termination of this Agreement under <br />
