<br />8 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1988-30R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS <br />AND CONDITIONS OF A LEASE OF CERTAIN <br />AGRICULTURAL LANDS AT THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />MUNICIPAL AIRPORT BY MR. CURBY OHNHEISER, <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE ON <br />BEHALF OF SAID CITY, AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />~mEREAS, the City of San Marcos is desirous of entering <br />into a lease agreement with Mr. Curby Ohnheiser for the lease <br />of certain agricultural lands at the City of San Marcos <br />Municipal Airport: and, <br /> <br />~{hereas, the Airport Commission of the City of San <br />Marcos has recommended that the City Council of said City <br />approve the terms and conditions of the proposed lease <br />agreement with Mr. Curby Ohnheiser, which is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein for all purposes: now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions .of the lease <br />agreement for the lease of certain agricultural lands at the <br />City of San Marcos Municipal Airport by Mr. Curby Ohnheiser, <br />a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof for <br />all purposes, be and are hereby approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the Mayor, of the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, J.E. Younger, be and is hereby authorized to <br />execute said lease on behalf of said city. <br /> <br />PART 3.
