<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />43 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1988-34 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION A105.4.l0F THE 1985 <br />STANDARD MECHANICAL CODE ADOPTED FEBRUARY 23, 1987, AND <br />ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br /> <br />NED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />SAN <br /> <br />MARCOS, <br /> <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />1. That Section AI05.4.1 of the 1985 Standard Mechanical <br />on February 23, 1987, is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />A.I05.4.1 Makeup of the Board <br /> <br />IN <br /> <br /> <br />There is hereby established a Board to be called the <br />Mechanical Board of Adjustments and Appeals, which shall consist <br />of five (5) members. Such Board may be composed of three <br />contractors licensed to install mechanical equipment, one <br />member at large from the public, and one contractor licensed to <br />work as either a Builder, an Electrician or a Plumber. <br />Appointments to said Board shall be made by the City Council. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
