<br />71 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1988-52R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO INSITUFORM <br />TEXARK, INC. IN CONNECTION WITH THE WASTEWATER SYSTEM <br />REHABILITATION ON UNIVERSITY INTERCEPTOR AND HUTCHISON <br />STREET MAIN, ACCEPTING SAID SYSTEM REHABILITATION FOR USE <br />BY SAID CITY, AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$10,688.20 AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, has engaged the services <br />of Insituform Texark, Inc. in connection with that project known as the <br />Wastewater System Rehabilitation on University Interceptor and <br />Hutchison Street Main for the City of San Marcos, Texas; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said services were provided pursuant to a contract <br />between the City of San Marcos, Texas, and Insituform Texark, Inc. <br />entered into on December 21,1987; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />IT <br /> <br />RESOLVED <br /> <br />BY <br /> <br />THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> <br />PART 1. That final payment in the amount of $10,688.20 to <br />Insituform Texark, Inc. in full and final payment for services <br />rendered in connection with that project known as the Wastewater System <br />Rehabilitation on University Interceptor and Hutchison Street Main <br />for the City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />PART <br />City. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />said project is hereby accepted for <br /> <br />use by <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />PART 3.
