<br />107 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1988-59R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF <br />AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND PRO-TECH <br />ENGINEERING GROUP, INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES IN <br />CONNECTION WITH THE WELL SITE A WATER TRANSMISSION <br />MAIN TO CONNECT THE WOODS WATER PLANT WITH EXISTING <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS WATERMAINS ON HOPKINS STREET; <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID <br />ENGINEERING AGREEMENT AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />WHERERAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas <br />desires to enter into an agreement with Pro-Tech Engineering Group, <br />Inc. for engineering services in connection with the Well Site A <br />Water Transmission Main for said City; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions of that proposed <br />agreement between said City and Pro-Tech Engineering Group, Inc., a <br />copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all <br />intents and purposes, for engineering services in connection with <br />the Well Site A Water Transmission Main to connect the Woods Water <br />Plant with existing City of San Marcos watermains on Hopkins <br />Street, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the Mayor, Kathy M. Morr is, be and she is <br />hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of said <br />City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
