RESOLUTION 2013 -132R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING A STATE GOVERNMENT RELATIONS <br />REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />AND WINSTEAD, P.C. IN A NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $99,000.00 FOR <br />THE TWO YEAR TERM OF THE AGREEMENT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached State Government Relations Representation Agreement (the <br />"Agreement ") with Winstead, P.C. is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute this Agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
