<br />92 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1988-l33R <br /> <br />A R ESO LUTI ON OF TH E CI TY COUNCI L OF TH E CI TY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, FINDING THAT AN EXCESS OF $658.92 IN <br />REAL PROPERTY TAXES WAS PAID BY CORINTHIAN MORTGAGE <br />CORPORATION, FINDING SAID AMOUNT TO BE ERRONEOUS, <br />AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A REFUND IN SAID AMOUNT BY <br />THE TAX COLLECTOR, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />SAN <br /> <br />MARCOS, <br /> <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That it is hereby found and determined that the payment <br />of $658.92 in real property taxes for 1985, by Corinthian Mortgage <br />Corporation to the City of San Marcos, Texas, is excessive and <br />erroneous. <br /> <br />PART <br />Collector <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. <br />to <br /> <br />That a refund in the amount of $658.92 by the Tax <br />Corinthian Mortgage Corporation is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />PART 3.
