Womack <br /> City Attorney Lamar W. Hankins <br /> Director of Public Works George Boeker <br /> Also Present: Mark Hendrics, Ray Longoria, Jake Krauskopf, Terry <br /> Colley, Shirley Wickersham, Henry Solis and others. <br /> Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the award of <br /> bid on the package treatment plants. Mayor Craddock moved to award <br /> bid to Metro-Tex for two package plants in the amount of $388,877 <br /> with the option for a third package plant within six months (cost <br /> of plant[not installed] $195,475).
