A.BSr::AIN' Codc'.ington. J1ayor Craddock introduced fer consideration approval of the minutes of the S?ecial Meeting held February 19, 1986. Mr. Farr Moved for approval and I1s, Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Jl1ayor Craddock introduced for consideration a~9roval of five appoint-- ments to the Central Texas Eigher Education Authority. Mr. Farr moved for reappointment of J. R. Thornton, rean~ointDent of Frank T. Arredondo, reaDDoint~ent of Ofelia Vasauez. reaDDointment of Raymond ,Johnson and appointnent of Sharon l1unson and ~1s. Kissler seconded the motion, which nassed unanimously. Mayor Craè.è,ock introduced for consideration approval of the Annual Financial Re:oort of K!-lG Hain Eurdman for the October 1. 1984-September 30, 1985 fiscal vear. Don Laine was present to Drovide an overview of the auèit report. ?1r. Coddington asked Mr. Laine to review engineer- ing contracts of Freese and Nichols with the City. wherein Mr. Coddington was concerned about the additional change orders which were involved with those contracts. fIr. Laine stated the contracts the City now enters into nrovide linitations on change order nercentages. No other questions were asked of Mr. Laine, and Mayor Craddock thanked Mr. Laine for the clarity of his written report. fIr. Guerra then Doveè for a?nroval of the report and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, \,;rhich passed unanimously.
