CLEWIS, RUTH A. <br /> COLLIER, JOSE R. GONZALES, RODGER OLSON, <br /> JAMES KUYKENDALL, JIM P. JEFFREY, CLARENCE <br /> J. KLEKAR, BARBARA A. SPROTT, ENRIQUE <br /> GUZMAN, PAMELA GRAHAM, DAVID W. ENGLERT, <br /> ROBERT HOONEY, AND CHRISTOPHER KEVIN KNOX <br /> AS MEMBERS OF THE CITY'S POLICE RESERVE <br /> FORCE; APPROVING THE TRANSFER BY THE CHIEF <br /> OF POLICE OF WAYNE R. CASTEEL, RODNEY <br /> VANOUDEKERKE, SHAWN COMMERFORD, AND DONALD <br /> PAYNE OUT OF THE POLICE RESERVE FORCE~ AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Ordinance duly adopted on <br />January 28, 1985, the Chief of Police of the City of San <br />Marcos, Texas, has appointed certain persons as members of the <br />police reserve force of said City~ and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of said City hereby finds and <br />determines that approval of such appointments is in the <br />interest of the public health, safety and welfare; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. That the appointment by the Chief of Police of <br />Edward Radike, Richard B. Clewis, Ruth A. Collier, Jose R. <br />Gonzales, Rodger Olson, James Kuykendall, Jim P. Jeffrey, <br />Clarence J. Klekar, Barbara A. Sprott, Enrique Guzman, Pamela <br />Graham, David W. Englert, Robert Mooney, and Christopher Kevin <br />Knox as members of the City's police reserve force is hereby <br />in all things approved. <br />PART 2. That the transfer by the Chief of Police of <br />Wayne R. Casteel, Rodney VanOudekerke, Shawn Commerford and <br />Donald Payne out of the police reserve force is hereby in all <br />things approved. <br />PART 3.
