<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY mUNCI L OF THE CITY OF SAN
<br /> ~iARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SEX::TION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH
<br /> REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BJIIDINGS,
<br /> STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED JUNE 13,1984 (VOL. 66) BY
<br /> CHANGING THE ZONING OF IDTS 2-51 OF THE BLANCO
<br /> TERRACE ADDITION WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF SAN MARCOS,
<br /> TEXAS AS SHavN ON THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN
<br /> VOLlJI';1E 2, PAGE 100 OF THE HAYS COUNTY PLAT REX::ORDS,
<br /> LOCATED AIDNG HARPER DRIVE AND NORTH OF EAST BJGG LANE ON
<br /> RIVER ROAD, FROM "MF-4" (MULTI-FÞMILY DISTRICT) 'IO "MR"
<br /> (MOBILE HOME AND RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT): AND DEX::LARING AN
<br /> EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br /> t\IHEREAS, on April 1, 1986, the Zoning Cbrnnåssion of the City of
<br />S:m Marcos held a public hearing regarding a request to change the
<br />zoning from IIMF-411 (Multi-Family District) to IIMRII (Mobile Horne
<br />and Residential District) of Lots 2 through 51 of the Blanco
<br />Terrace Addition within the City Limits of San Marcos, Texas, a
<br />subdivision in said City: and,
<br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to said public hearing on said date, said
<br />Cbrnnåssion did, on April 1, 1986, consider said request and
<br />voted to approve the sarœ and has recornrœnded that such request be
<br />approved by the City Council of said City: and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said City Council held a public hearing on the 9 day
<br />at June ,1986, regarding such request: and,
<br /> WHEREAS, all requirements of Appendix A, General Zoning
<br />Ordinance, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of San Marcos
<br />pertaining to arœndments have been met: and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that the
<br />adoption of the following ordinance is in the interest of the public
<br />health, morals, welfare and safety: now, therefore,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS:
<br /> SEX::TION 1. That the following described tract of real property
<br />located in San Marcos, Hays County, Thxas, which is presently zoned
<br />"MF-4" (Mul ti -family District) henceforth shall be rezoned "MR"
<br />(Mobile Horne and Residential District):
<br /> IDTS 2 THROUGH 51, OF THE BLAN m TERRACE ADDITION WITHIN THE
<br /> CITY LIMITS OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AS SHam ON THE MAP OR PLAT
<br /> THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 2, PAGE 100 OF THE HAYS COUNTY PLAT
<br /> RECORDS.
<br /> SEX::TION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days
<br />from and after its passage and after it has been subject to
<br />reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following
<br />its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider
<br />it. If reconsidered on June 23, 1986, it shall be in effect ten
<br />days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not
<br />go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and
<br />approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in
<br />the area as required by the Charter of the Ci ty of San Marcos, Texas.
<br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ACOPI'ED this the 9 day of June ,
<br />subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council meeting
<br />scheduled for June 23, 1986 .
