<br /> 23 <br /> RESOLUTION 1986-72R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THAT RESOLUTION ADOPTED <br /> JUNE 9, 1986, WHICH APPROVED THE SUBMISSION OF A <br /> TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT P ROG RAM GRANT <br /> APPPLICATION TO THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY <br /> AFFAIRS FOR THE AREA REVITALIZATION FUND TO MORE <br /> FULLY EXPLAIN THE PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION IN <br /> PART 3 OF SAID RESOLUTION AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That Part 3 of that resolution adopted on June 9, <br /> 1986, approving the submission of a Texas Community Development <br /> Program Grant Application to the Texas Department of Community <br /> Affairs for the Area Revitalization Fund be amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> That the application be for $600,000.00 in grant funds in <br /> order to carry out street paving and drainage <br /> improvements, water line replacement, housing <br /> rehabilitation and demolition and clearance of <br /> dilapidated structures in the Dunbar and victory Gardens <br /> Neighborhoods of said City. <br /> PART 2.
