<br /> 59 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE <br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SEPARATE PROPOSED <br /> LEASE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN SAID CITY AND <br /> THE HAYS COUNTY PARENTS OF SPECIAL <br /> CHILDREN, INC. AND THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT <br /> OF MENTAL HEALTH AND MENTAL RETARDATION <br /> (AUSTIN STATE SCHOOL) FOR THE LEASE OF <br /> SPACE LOCATED AT 401 JACKMAN STREET IN <br /> SAID CITY FOR USE BY THE DEVELOPMENTAL <br /> PROGRAM FOR INFANTS AND TODDLERS, <br /> AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID <br /> LEASE AGREEMENTS AND ANY AND ALL OTHER <br /> DOCUMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS INCIDENT TO THE <br /> PURPOSES THEREOF ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY, <br /> AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, <br /> Texas, aesires to enter into separate agreements for the le~se <br /> of space at 401 Jackman Street in said City with the Hays <br /> County Parents of Special Chilaren, Inc. and the Texas <br /> Department of Mental Heal th and Mental Retaraation (Austin <br /> State School) for use by the Developmental Program For II1fants <br /> Ana Toaalers; and, <br /> WHEREAS, such lease agreements are in the interest ana <br /> welfare of the citizens of San Marcos, Texas; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of separate <br /> proposed agreements for the lease of space at 401 Jackman <br /> Street in saia City between said City and the Hays County <br /> Parents of Special Children, Inc., ana the Texas Department of <br /> Mental Health and Mental Retaraation (Austin State School) for <br /> use by the Developlnental Program For Infants And Toaalers, <br /> copies of said proposed agreements being attached hereto ana <br /> incorporated herein for all purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Mayor, J.E. Younger, be, ana he is <br /> heret)y, authorized to execute said agreements ana any ana all <br /> other l1oCIlments ana instruments incident to the purposes <br /> thereu-E on behalf of said City. <br /> P ART 3.
