<br />80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1986-151R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF <br />A PROPOSED CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES BETWEEN <br />SAID CITY AND PRO-TECH ENGINEERING GROUP, INCORPORATED, <br />IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WOODS WATER <br />PLANT PROJECT, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID <br />CONTRACT AND ANY AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS <br />INCIDENT THERETO, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />desires to enter into a contract with Pro-Tech <br />Engineering Group, Incorporated, for the provision of <br />engineering services in connection with the construction of <br />the Woods Water Plantproject; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />IT <br /> <br />RESOLVED <br /> <br />BY <br /> <br />THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions of a proposed contract <br />between said City and Pro-Tech Engineering Group, Incorporated, <br />for the provision of engineering services to said City in <br />connection with the construction of the Woods Water Plant Project, a <br />copy of said proposed contract being attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein for all purposes, are hereby in all things <br />approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the Mayor, J.E. Younger, be, and he is hereby, <br />authorized to execute said contract and any and all documents and <br />instruments incident thereto. <br /> <br />PART 3.
