<br /> 54 <br /> RESOLUTION 1985-29R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE <br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A PROPOSÏ'-:D AGREEMENT OF <br /> LEASE BETWEEN SAID CITY AND HILLER AJ~D <br /> MILLER AUCTIONEERS, FOR A PORTION OF THE <br /> SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FOR THE PUR- <br /> POSE OF CONDUCTING AN AUC'rION OF HEAVY EQUIP- <br /> MENT: AU'rHORIZING 'rHE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO <br /> EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT AND DECLARING AN EFFEC- <br /> TIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, Miller and Miller Auctioneers, wishes to lease <br /> a portion of the San ¡'.1arcos Municipal Airport from April 8, <br /> 1985 through May 17, 1985: and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Airport Manager has approved the terms and <br /> condi tions of the attached Agreement Of Lease and recommends <br /> that it be approved by -the City Council of the City of San <br /> rvlarcos, Texas: now, the re fa re, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of an Agreement <br /> Of Lease between said City and Miller and Niller Auctioneers <br /> for a portion of the San Marcos Municipal Airport for the <br /> purpose of conducting an auction of heavy equipment, a copy <br /> of said Agreement being attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein for all purposes, are hereby in all things approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Mayor of said City, Errunie Craddock, <br /> be, and she is hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement <br /> on behalf of said City. <br /> PART 3.
