<br /> 85 <br /> RESOLUTION 1985-32R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING <br /> PAYMENT TO TED BREIHAN ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> FOR ELECTRICAL WORK PERFORMED AT THE <br /> PUBLIC WORKS OFFICE TRAILER IN SAID CITY~ <br /> ACCEPTING SAID ELECTRICAL WORK; <br /> AUTHORIZING PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $3,076.20; AND, DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, has engaged the <br /> services of Ted Breihan, d/b/a Ted Breihan Electric Company <br /> for the performance of electrical work at the Public Works <br /> Office Trailer in said City~ and, <br /> WHEREAS, on March 4, 1985, a final inspection of said <br /> work was conducted and said work was approved by the City of <br /> San Marcos~ now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the electrical work performed at the <br /> Public Works Office Trailer in said City by Ted Breihan, <br /> d/b/a Ted Breihan Electric Company is hereby approved by <br /> said City. <br /> PART 2. That payment in the amount of $3,076.20 to <br /> Ted Breihan Electric Company in full and final payment for <br /> the performance of such work is hereby authorized and <br /> approved. <br /> PART 3.
