<br /> 97 <br /> RESOLUTION 1985-79R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUT HO RI ZING <br /> AND APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF <br /> A PROPOSED AGREEMENT BETWEEN MELISSA <br /> MILLECAM AND SAID CITY FOR THE PROVISION <br /> OF PUBLIC INFORMATION SERVICES; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> SAID AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, <br /> Texas, desires to enter into an agreement with Melissa <br /> Millecam for her provision of public information services; <br /> now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of that <br /> proposed Agreement between said City and Melissa Millecam <br /> for her provision of public information services, a copy of <br /> said Agreement being attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> for all purposes, are hereby in all things approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, <br /> authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of said City. <br /> PART 3.
