<br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING 'IRE FU'IURE LAND USE PLAN (MAP)
<br /> OF 'IRE MASTER PLAN OF SAID CITY, IDT 151-A, BLOCK 25,
<br /> WES'IOVER ADDITION, CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS,
<br /> RESJBDIVISION OF IDTS 145 'IRROUGH 156, AS SHCWN ON 'IRE
<br /> MAP OR PLAT 'IREREDF RECORDED IN VDLUME 2, PAGE 160,
<br /> PLAT RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND LOCATED ON 'IRE
<br /> ffiUTHWEST SIDE OF 'IRE 1000 BLOCK OF DAR'IMOU'IR FROM LCJítJ
<br /> DENSITY RESIDENTIAL 'IO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND
<br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br /> WHEREAS, on July 16, 1985, the Joint Planning and Zoning
<br />GoITmdssions of the City of San Marcos held a public hearing regarding a
<br />request to amend the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of t.he Master Plan
<br />from Low Density Residential Use to Medium Density Residential Use for
<br />Lot l5l-A, Block 25, V\estover Addition, Ci ty of San Marcos, Texas,
<br />Resubdivision of Lots 145 through 156 in said City; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to said public hearing on said date, said
<br />GoITmd ss ions did, on July 16, 1985, consider said request and voted
<br />to approve the same and have recommended that such request be approved
<br />by the City Council of said City; and,
<br /> vVHEREAS, said City Council held a public hearing on the 14 day
<br />of October, 1985, regarding such request; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, all requirements of the Master Plan pertaining to
<br />amendments have been met; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that the
<br />adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the public
<br />health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore,
<br />BE IT REffiLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI L OF 'IRE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS:
<br /> PART 1. That the following described tract of real property
<br />located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is in an area shown
<br />on the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of the Master Plan of the City of San
<br />Marcos as Low Density Residential henceforth shall be shown on
<br />said map as Medium Density Residential:
<br /> Lot 15l-A, Block 25, W3stover Addition, City of San Marcos,
<br /> Texas, Resubdivision of Lots 145 through 156, as shown on the
<br /> map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 2, Pa:;Je 160, Plat
<br /> Records of Hays County, Texas.
<br /> PART 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
<br />from and after its passa:;Je.
<br /> ADOPTED this 14 day of October, 1985.
