<br />54 <br />ORDINANCE 1984-68 <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'rHE CI'rY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, 'rEXAS, A~lENDING SECTIONS 30-27 <br />AND 30-35 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF SAID <br />CITY TO INCREASE THE CHARGES TO BE PAID BY ALL <br />PERSONS OWNING OR OCCUPYING PREMISES WHICH ARE <br />CONNECTED WITH THE WATER SYSTEM OF SAID CITY; <br />TO INCREASE THE RATES FOR SERVICES TO USERS OF <br />THE SANI'rARY SEWAGE sysrrEM OF SAID CITY; <br />SETTING OUT THE DIFFERENT CLASSES OF CUSTOMERS <br />FOR SAID WATER fu~D SANITARY SEWAGE SERVICE <br />M~D DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />SEC'rION 1. That section 30-27 of the Code of <br />es, City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby amended to <br />as follows: <br /> <br />SEC. 30-27. Rates <br /> <br />A charge shall be paid by all persons owning or <br />occupying premises which are connected with the <br />water system of the city in accordance with the <br />rates as described ln "Exhibit A" as attached <br />hereto and made a part of this section. Said rates <br />are hereby in full force and effect until amended <br />by ordinance duly passed and approved by the city <br />council of the City of San Marcos, Texas. Said <br />exhibit shall be kept on file in the office of the <br />city secretary of said City. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That section 30-35 of the Code of <br />Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 30-35. Rates <br /> <br />The rates for services to users of the sanitary <br />sewage system of the city shall be as described ln <br />"Exhibit B" as attached hereto and made a part of <br />this section. Said rates are hereby levied and are <br />in full force and effect until amended by ordinance <br />duly passed and approved by the city council of the <br />City of San Marcos, Texas. Said exhibit shall be <br />kept on file in the office of the city secretary of <br />said city. <br /> <br />SEcrION 3.
