RESOLUTION 2014 - 40R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A 2014 ALTEC <br />TWO- PERSON BUCKET TRUCK FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICES <br />DEPARTMENT — TRANSPORTATION DIVISION FROM ALTEC <br />INDUSTRIES, INC. THROUGH THE TEXAS COMPTROLLER OF <br />PUBLIC ACCOUNT'S TEXAS MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE <br />(TXMAS#- 11- 23V050) IN THE AMOUNT OF $148,716.00; AUTHORIZING <br />THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE <br />APPROPRIATE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The purchase of a 2014 Altec Two - Person Bucket Truck for the Public <br />Services Department- Transportation Division from Altec Industries, Inc. through the Texas <br />Comptroller of Public Account's Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS #- 11- 23V050) in the <br />amount of $148,716.00 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee, is authorized to execute appropriate <br />purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
