RESOLUTION 2014 -49R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO CENTRAL WASTE AND <br />RECYCLING FOR STREET SWEEPING SERVICES IN THE ESTIMATED <br />ANNUAL AMOUNT OF $49,104.00 CONTINGENT UPON THE BIDDER'S <br />TIMELY SUBMISSION OF SUFFICIENT INSURANCE IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH THE CITY'S BID DOCUMENTS; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS <br />ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The award of an annual contract to Central Waste and Recycling for Street <br />Sweeping Services (IFB #214 -311) in the estimated annual amount of $49,104.00 upon the <br />bidder's timely submission of sufficient insurance in accordance with the City's bid documents. <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
