RESOLUTION NO. 2014-58R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, REVISING THE <br />COMPOSITION OF THE FINANCE AND AUDIT <br />COMMITTEE TO MAKE ALL ASSISTANT CITY <br />MANAGERS VOTING MEMBERS; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />RECITALS <br />1. The San Marcos City Council deems it advisable to revise the <br />composition of the Finance and Audit Committee established in 2008. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The previously established Finance and Audit Committee's composition is <br />revised as follows: The Mayor, Mayor Pro -Tem, Deputy Mayor Pro -Tem or another <br />member of the City Council if there is no Deputy Mayor Pro -Tem, the City Manager, and <br />all assistant city managers and Finance Director shall be voting members of the Finance <br />and Audit Committee. The Assistant City Manager- For- rte,,.,.,,, ttaity co, -vices shall <br />as a non ,ti member. <br />PART 2.
