<br /> <br /> Res. 2014 – 60R <br /> Postponed on 4/29/2014 <br /> <br /> <br />Consider approval of Resolution 2014-60R approving an Interlocal Agreement with Hays <br />County Texas providing for Hays County to provide a guaranty of up to one-third of the City’s <br />repayment of a Pass Through Loan in the amount of $800,000.00 from the Office of the <br />Governor’s Small Business Incubator Fund as an inducement for the City to make a Chapter 380 <br />Economic Development Incentive Loan of such funds to Upland Analytics, Inc., to locate its <br />operations to the City; authorizing the City Manager to execute said agreement; and declaring an <br />effective date. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Thomaides, seconded by Council Member Scott, <br />that this Resolution be postponed to May 6, 2014. The motion carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />For: 7 - Mayor Guerrero, Mayor Pro-Tem Thomaides, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Becak, Council <br /> Thomason, Council Member Scott, Council Member Prather and Council Member Prewitt <br /> <br /> <br />Against: 0 - <br />
