RESOLUTION NO. 2014 -102R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS ADOPTING THE 2014 ANALYSIS OF IMPEDIMENTS <br />TO FAIR HOUSING CHOICE ACTION PLAN; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br />1. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ( "HUD ") requires that <br />cities receiving federal housing funds conduct an Analysis of Impediments ("Al") to fair housing <br />choice and take appropriate actions to overcome the effects of any impediments identified <br />through the Al. <br />2. In accordance with HUD requirements, the City has developed an Action Plan to <br />address impediments identified through the Al. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached 2014 Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice <br />Action Plan is hereby approved. <br />PART 2.
