RESOLUTION 2014 -114R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, <br />CONSENTING TO THE CREATION OF THE PROPOSED CALDWELL COUNTY <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 3 AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SAN MARCOS CITY COUNCIL: <br />Section 1. The city council hereby consents to the creation of the proposed Caldwell <br />County Emergency Services District No. 3 within the City of San Marcos' extraterritorial <br />jurisdiction as requested in the petition attached hereto as Exhibit "A." <br />Section 2.
