ORDINANCE NO. 2014 - 48 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPOINTING JOHN P. BURKE, JR. FOR <br />A TWO YEAR TERM AS PRESIDING JUDGE OF THE SAN <br />MARCOS MUNICIPAL COURT OF RECORD AND <br />REAPPOINTING DR. VINCENT LUIZZI AS ASSOCIATE JUDGE <br />OF THE COURT FOR A TWO YEAR TERM; AND PROVIDING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />SECTION 1. John P. Burke, Jr. is hereby appointed as presiding judge of the <br />San Marcos Municipal Court of Record for a two year term. <br />SECTION 2. Dr. Vincent Luizi is hereby reappointed as associate judge of the <br />San Marcos Municipal Court of Record for a two year term. <br />SECTION 3.
