RESOLUTION NO. 2014 -126R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, CONFIRMING THE <br />CITY MANAGER'S APPOINTMENT OF KATHLEEN <br />DIAL TO THE SAN MARCOS CIVIL SERVICE <br />COMMISSION; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS. TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The City Council hereby confirms the City Manager's appointment of <br />Kathleen Dial to the San Marcos Civil Service Commission, to fill a vacancy created by <br />the resignation of Cheryl Lee, for the remainder of a term that expires on February 28, <br />2017. <br />PART 2.
