Mayor Narvaiz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section 551.074, to discuss the evaluation of public officers (City Attorney and Municipal Court Judge) and Section 551.087, to discuss commercial or financial information the City has received from a business prospect that the City seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the City and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations, or to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to such a business prospect (Development Proposals -- Health Care Facility and IH -35 /Cottonwood Parkway Area; and Prospect Update Report - Global Director of Human Services Director of Library Director of Parks Department Director of Planning and Dev.
