RESOLUTION 2007- 195 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPOINTING STEPHANIE GARCIA AS INTERIM ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br />1. Kim Moore has submitted her resignation effective November 21, 2007 <br />2. The City Council has determined that Stephanie Garcia should be appointed as Interim <br />Economic Development Director; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. Stephanie Garcia is appointed Interim Economic Development Director <br />effective November 22, 2007 at a salary of $70,000, with a car allowance of $300 per month, and the <br />same benefits received by other department directors while serving in that capacity. <br />PART 2.
