Hankins <br />Larry Gilley <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Patty Wenke <br /> <br />Mayor Morris called the meeting to order at 12:00 Noon. <br /> <br />Mr. Guerra moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant <br />to Article 6252-17, §2(g), V.A.C.S., to discuss appointment, employment, <br />evaluation, reassignment and duties of a public officer, and Ms. Kissler <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Moore moved the Council reconvene at 1:20 p.m. and Ms. Kissler <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (Messrs.
