Hankins <br />Donna Farley <br />George Boeker <br /> <br />Also Present: Margie Moore, Frank Gonzalez, Joe Morin, Carol <br />Packwood, Rosina Valle, Rachel Vasquez, Melissa Millecam, Ken <br />Claybourn, Wayne Moore, Mark Hendricks, Patty Wenk, Romona Brown, <br />and others. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration a public hearing on the <br />property tax increase. Mayor Morris opened the public hearing <br />and asked if anyone wished to speak in favor or in opposition to <br />the property tax increase. No one wished to speak, so Mayor <br />Morris closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Mr. Brown moved to set the date of the adoption of the tax rate <br />for Monday, September 26, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. and directed <br />publication notice of this meeting date and Mr. Moore seconded <br />the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:10 <br />Hernandez and seconded by Mr. <br /> <br /> <br />motion made by Mr. <br /> <br />~~~.~ <br /> <br />Billy G.
