Hankins <br /> <br />Also Present: Kayleen Ray, Melissa Millecam, Patty Wenk, Richard <br />Dotson, Nick Caruso and Sarah Bailey. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris called the meeting to order at 12:00 Noon. <br /> <br />Ms. Kissler moved the Council adjourn into Executive <br />Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Sections 2(e) and (g), <br />V.A.C.S., to discuss matters where the duties of the City <br />Attorney to the City pursuant to the Code of <br />Professional Responsiblity of the State Bar of Texas clearly <br />conflicts with Article 6252-17; and evaluation and duties of <br />public employees, respectively, and Mr. Plummer seconded the <br />motion, which passed unanimously (12:07 p.m.). <br /> <br />Ms. Kissler moved the Council reconvene at 12:50 p.m. and Mr. <br />Plummer seconded the motion, which rassed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration <br />Ordinance on emergency at second reading. <br />consider the Ordinance on emergency.
