Call To Order <br />With a quorum present, the special meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 12:35 p.m. Saturday, June 6, 2015 in the City Council Chambers, 630 <br />E. Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />II. Roll Call <br />Present: 6 - Mayor Daniel Guerrero, Council Member Ryan Thomason, Deputy Mayor Pro Tern <br />Shane Scott, Mayor Pro -Tem Jude Prather, Council Member Lisa Prewitt and <br />Council Member Jane Hughson <br />Absent: 1 - Council Member John Thomaides <br />1. Consider approval of Resolution 2015 -66R, expressing the City's intention to enter <br />into an Interlocal Agreement with Hays County for cooperative assistance in response <br />to the local state of disaster caused by the Memorial Day floods. <br />A motion was made by Council Member Hughson, seconded by Deputy Mayor Pro-Tern Scott, to <br />approve Resolution 2015 -66R. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 6 - Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomason, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Scott, <br />Mayor Pro -Tem Prather, Council Member Prewitt and Council Member Hughson <br />Against: 0 <br />Absent: 1 - Council Member Thomaides <br />III. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br />None. <br />IV.
