Morris <br /> Mayor Pro-Tern * Bill Plummer <br /> Council Members Billy G. Moore <br /> * Robert Mooney <br /> Ronald K. Hart <br /> Fred Guerra <br /> Joe B. Cox, Jr. <br /> City Manager Larry Gilley <br /> City Secretary Janis K. Womack <br /> city Attorney Mark Taylor <br /> Municipal Court Judge Ross Allegro <br />Also Present: Collete Davis. <br />Mayor Morris called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Morris introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the <br />Government Code, Chapter 551.074 to discuss evaluation of public <br />officers (City Attorney, City Secretary and Munici~al Court Judge). <br />Mr. Hart moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session at 5:04 <br />p.m. and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously <br />(Mr. Moore present at 5:30 p.m. Mr. Hart left the meeting at 6:00 <br />p.m.). <br />Mr. Cox moved the Council reconvene at 7:18 p.m. and Mr. Moore <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval to set the <br />salaries of the city Attorney, the City Secretary, and the Municipal <br />Court Judge. Mr. Guerra moved to sat the City Attorney's salary at <br />$56,160.00, the city Secretary at $35,000.00, and the Municipal <br />Court Judge at $52,406.00 effective October 1, 1993, and Mr. Cox <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Guerra and <br />seconded by Mr. Moore. /, l r"Ì' . <br /> . i~ '.
