BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAS' <br />MARC®S, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached Settlement Agreement pertaining to the provision of retail <br />water service within decertified areas of Maxwell Water Supply Corporation's CCN area <br />is hereby approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf <br />of the city in substantially the form attached. <br />PART 3.
