Womack <br />Barbara Edwards <br />Joe Garza <br />Also Present: Kelley Kilber, Joel Barnard, Alfonso Washington, Aart <br />Millecam, Billy Moore, Chester Witte and others. <br />Mayor Pro-Tem Berry James called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. <br />Mrs. Norris moved that the Council adjourn to an Executive Session <br />pursuant to Article 6252-17, §2(e), V.A.C.S., to discuss settlement <br />offers in Cause Nos. 12,641 and 12,642 - Holland Hills, Inc. vs. <br />The City of San Marcos, Et Al and §2(f) to discuss the landfill <br />site, and Mr. Kreczmer seconded the motion, which passed unanimous- <br />ly (6:38 p.m.). <br />The Council returned to the Council Chambers at 8:00 p.m. and Mr. <br />James moved the Council convene from Executive Session and Mrs. <br />Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.** <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:02 p.m. on motion of Mr. James and second- <br />ed by Mr. Brown. <br />e0AN' 9404An'%- <br />Karl W.
