RESOLUTION NO. 2016-53R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF <br /> UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND THE <br /> HAYS COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT RELATING TO THE <br /> CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL'S STRATEGIC NATIONAL <br /> STOCKPILE PROGRAM WHEREIN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> AGREES TO OPERATE A CLOSED POINT OF DISTRIBUTION IN THE <br /> EVENT OF A PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT; AND PROVIDING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached Memorandum of Understanding between the City of San <br /> Marcos and the Hays County Public Health Department is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the <br /> City. <br /> PART 3.
