RESOLUTION NO. 2016-120R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A REQUEST BY HUMPTY DUMPTY <br /> SSM, LTD. FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW PURPOSE <br /> BUILT STUDENT HOUSING WITHIN PORTIONS OF LOTS 2 AND 5 OF <br /> THE SPRINGTOWN VI SUBDIVISION, LOCATED AT 200 <br /> SPRINGTOWN WAY; AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF TO ISSUE A <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CONSISTENT WITH THIS <br /> RESOLUTION; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The request by Humpty Dumpty SSM, Ltd. for a conditional use permit to <br /> allow purpose built student housing at 200 Springtown Way is hereby approved, subject to any <br /> conditions as may be attached hereto. <br /> PART 2. City staff is hereby authorized to issue a conditional use permit to Humpty <br /> Dumpty SSM, Ltd. consistent with this resolution. <br /> PART 3.
