• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2016-121R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A REQUEST BY HUMPTY DUMPTY <br /> SSM, LTD. FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF A FIVE-STORY BUILDING WITHIN PORTIONS <br /> OF LOTS 2 AND 5 OF THE SPRINGTOWN VI SUBDIVISION, <br /> LOCATED AT 200 SPRINGTOWN WAY; AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF <br /> TO ISSUE A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CONSISTENT WITH THIS <br /> RESOLUTION; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The request by Humpty Dumpty SSM, Ltd. for a conditional use permit to <br /> allow the construction of a five-story building at 200 Springtown Way is hereby approved, <br /> subject to any conditions as may be attached hereto. <br /> PART 2. City staff is hereby authorized to issue a conditional use permit to Humpty <br /> Dumpty SSM, Ltd. consistent with this resolution. <br /> PART 3.
