RESOLUTION 2016-159R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A BUCKET <br /> TRUCK FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT—ELECTRIC <br /> UTILITIES DIVISION FROM ALTEC INDUSTRIES, INC. THROUGH <br /> THE TEXAS COMPTROLLER OF PUBLIC ACCOUNT'S TEXAS <br /> MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE FOR CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT <br /> AND ATTACHMENTS (TXMAS#-11-23V050) IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $226,185.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE <br /> TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON <br /> BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The purchase of a bucket truck for the Public Services Department- <br /> Electric Utilities Division from Altec Industries, Inc. through the Texas Comptroller of Public <br /> Account's Texas Multiple Award Schedule for Construction Equipment and Attachments <br /> (TXMAS#-11-23V050) in the amount of$226,185.00 is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee, is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
