ORDINANCE NO. 2016-52 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2011-74 TO EXTEND <br /> THE TERMINATION DATE UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2021 FOR TAX <br /> INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE NO. 5 IN THE AREA BOUNDED <br /> BY CONCHO STREET, MOORE STREET, NORTH STREET, <br /> COMANCHE STREET, SHADY LANE, FREDERICKSBURG STREET, <br /> HULL STREET, GUADALUPE STREET, IH-35, MCKIE STREET, LBJ <br /> DRIVE AND CM ALLEN STREET; INCLUDING PROCEDURAL <br /> PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2011-74 is hereby amended to extend the termination date <br /> for the City of San Marcos, Texas Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 5. until December 31, <br /> 2021. <br /> SECTION 2. Except as specifically modified in Section 1, all other terms and conditions <br /> in Ordinance No. 2011-74 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> SECTION 3. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this ordinance is <br /> held to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of <br /> this ordinance will continue in force if they can be given effect without the invalid portion. <br /> SECTION 4. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions in <br /> conflict with this ordinance are repealed. <br /> SECTION 5.
