RESOLUTION NO. 2017-34R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT TO ALLOW INSULATED METAL PANELS AS AN <br /> ALTERNATIVE EXTERIOR MATERIAL FOR TWO BUILDINGS AT <br /> THE HAYS COUNTY JAIL COMPLEX LOCATED AT 1307 UHLAND <br /> ROAD; AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF TO ISSUE A CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT CONSISTENT WITH THIS RESOLUTION; AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The request by Andrew Dodson, P.E., Doucet and Associates, Inc., on <br /> behalf of Hays County, for a conditional use permit to allow insulated metal panels as an <br /> alternative exterior material for two buildings at 1307 Uhland Road is hereby approved, subject <br /> to conformance with the plans and specifications submitted with such request and conditions, if <br /> any, as imposed by the City Council. [If the City Council imposes conditions, then such <br /> conditions shall be described in an exhibit to be attached to and incorporated into this <br /> resolution.] <br /> PART 2. City staff is hereby authorized to issue a conditional use permit consistent <br /> with this resolution. <br /> PART 3.
