RESOLUTION 2017-133R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND CREDIT <br /> SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF DEBT <br /> COLLECTION SERVICES FOR AN AMOUNT ESTIMATED AT $20,000.00 FOR <br /> EACH YEAR OF THE FIVE YEAR TERM OF THE AGREEMENT; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THIS <br /> AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached Agreement (the "Agreement") between the City of San <br /> Marcos and Credit Systems International, Inc. for the provision of debt collection services for an <br /> amount estimated at $20,000.00 for each year of the five year term. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the Agreement <br /> on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
