Jerry DeLeon stated <br />he is a resident of Gravel Street and that ten residents on Gravel <br />Street would like to receive the City's proposal. He believes the <br />residents are interested in relocating. The Council directed a <br />discussion item be placed on the next agenda regarding Gravel Street. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration approval of one appointment to <br />complete a vacancy on the Ethics Review Commission. Ms. Hughson moved <br />to appoint Mary Cauble, Mr. Doiron moved to appoint David Robinson and <br />Mr. Hernandez moved to appoint Lydia Marie Trevino. On roll call the <br />ollowing vote was recorded: <br />CAUBLE: Hughson, Moore, Moseley. <br />ROBINSON: Mihalkanin, Doiron, Cox. <br />TREVINO: Hernandez. <br />No nomination received a majority vote, and the Council asked for a <br />second roll call of Cauble and Robinson: <br />CAUBLE: Hughson, Moseley, Hernandez. <br />ROBINSON: Mihalkanin, Doiron, Moore, Cox. <br />Mr. Robinson was appointed to complete the vacancy on the Ethics Review <br />Commission. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration approval of three appointments <br />to the Housing Authority Board. Mayor Moore moved to reappoint Rosina <br />Valle, Mr. Hernandez moved to reappoint Richard Garza and reappoint <br />Hector Zarate and Mr. Moseley moved to appoint Belle Townsend. On roll <br />call the following vote was recorded: <br />VALLE: Mihalkanin, Hughscn, Doiron, Moore, Moseley, Cox, <br />Hernandez. <br />GARZA: Mihalkanin, Hughscn, Moore, Moseley, Cox, Hernandez. <br />* Mr. --oiron left the meeting at 10:15 p.m.
